  • Vadim Ischenko, member of the Kyiv Philatelic Society, which has seen tremendous growth in activity and membership over the past year

  • Michael Kogan, for his Facebook page “Ukrainian Resistance to Russian Aggression through Philately” which has become an important resource and forum for news of Ukraine and overseas issues highlighting the ongoing war
